Due to the high demand and growth in cut sets & pads we have installed the very latest in machinery for automated padmaking.
The Automation BLOX50-U Padmaker has improved the effiency and competiveness of this once very `manual' type of work. It is designed to increase productivity and improve efficiency. High quality pads with wrap-around covers and writing shields are produced at high speeds in one pass through the machine. The Padmaker can handle a very wide range of stock in producing pads from 3x4'' up to 17x22.5''. Hot melt glue pressure regulation for fine glueing and air knives for precise drying ensure a top quality end product with no glue residue.
High print quality and speed combined with efficiency in pad production have created an area previously under-exploited for multi-colour pads and promotional material.
